How we started
In May 2012, we opened a small family restaurant on Market Street in Greensboro and named it after the owner's oldest daughter, Sarah. It was a simple operation built on one idea: cook honest food and treat every guest like family.

Our chicken, gyro, and steak and cheese options are 100% halal — that's not a footnote, it's a foundation. We want every guest to sit down and eat with complete confidence in what's on their plate.
Greensboro made us grow
The loyalty of this community is what allowed us to move into our larger home at 5340 W Market St. We're grateful to every regular who brought a friend and every first-timer who came back the following week.
